IPDC, ABC Real Estate Sign MoU to Expand Home Financing Opportunities

Dhaka, August 27, 2026: IPDC Finance PLC. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ABC Real Estate to expand access to home financing and create greater value for prospective homebuyers through an integrated property and financing solution.
The strategic partnership brings together IPDC Finance’s customer-centric home financing expertise and ABC Real Estate’s experience in the real estate sector. The MoU was signed by authorized representatives of the two organizations at a ceremony held on August 25, 2026. The event was attended by Mohammad Monirul Islam, Head of Retail Business; Mohammad Shahidul Islam, Head of Distribution; Mehedi Mahmood Khan, Head of Mortgage; and Md. Imran Hossain, Head of Home Loan Sales, Metro, representing IPDC Finance PLC. From ABC Real Estate, Shougata Ghosh, Director, and Mohammed Zakir Hossain, General Manager, Sales, were present at the signing.
Under the partnership, prospective customers purchasing selected properties from ABC Real Estate will have access to tailored home financing solutions from IPDC Finance. The collaboration may also provide customers with special property offers, competitive home loan interest rates and preferential loan processing benefits, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The two organizations will further explore joint promotional and customer engagement initiatives to enhance awareness of available property and financing solutions.
