Held under the theme “Disrupt To Win,” BizMaestros X UFLP 2026 encouraged participants to challenge conventional thinking, anticipate emerging market trends and develop innovative solutions for an evolving business landscape.

For the first time, Unilever Bangladesh integrated BizMaestros with UFLP, creating a combined platform for leadership development, real-world business problem-solving and early-career recruitment. The initiative was designed to identify high-potential individuals and provide them with practical exposure to Unilever’s operations, consumer-focused decision-making and leadership culture.

The competition began with individual applications, aptitude assessments and digital interviews. The top 45 candidates then advanced to an immersive bootcamp and Discovery Centre, where they participated in mentorship sessions, focus group discussions, functional case-solving exercises, and individual and group assessments.

Following the assessments, the top 18 candidates were divided into six teams for the grand finale. Their proposed solutions were evaluated based on innovation, relevance, feasibility and potential business impact.

As part of the programme, Unilever Bangladesh also organised “Learn to Lead” roadshows at leading universities and a nationwide webinar through the Radancy platform. The sessions introduced students to Unilever’s business operations, leadership journeys, early-career programmes, recruitment processes and entry-level opportunities.

Participants will have access to career opportunities across Go-To-Market, Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources. High-performing candidates will be fast-tracked to the final interview stage of UFLP and considered for entry-level positions and opportunities under the Unilever Leadership Internship Programme.

Through BizMaestros X UFLP 2026, Unilever Bangladesh continues its commitment to developing purpose-driven, adaptable and future-ready leaders capable of driving innovation and creating sustainable impact.
