PM inaugurates Farmer Card distribution in Jhenaidah
Prime Minister Tarique Rahman today virtually inaugurated the Farmer Card distribution programme in the district.
The distribution programme took place at Kripalpur Primary School under Abaipur union of Shailkupa upazila.
The Prime Minister joined the event virtually this noon and inaugurated the programme.
Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Md Asaduzzaman, Jhenaidah Deputy Commissioner Md Noman Hossain, Police Superintendent Md Mahfuz Afzal, Zila Parishad Administrator MA Mazid, District BNP General Secretary Jahiduzzaman Mona and Agriculture Extension Department Deputy Director Md Kamruzzan, among others, were present at the event.
A total of 1,679 Farmer Card holders and people from different professions also attended the event.
