ELITE customers to get global treatment support
Cikitsa International has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Robi Axiata PLC to provide enhanced international healthcare access for ROBI ELITE customers and employees.
Under the agreement, eligible customers will receive faster facilitation and special discounts on medical treatments abroad, including in India, Thailand, Singapore, and Dubai. The initiative aims to simplify the process of seeking advanced healthcare services outside Bangladesh.
Officials said the partnership is designed to ensure a seamless and trusted experience for patients requiring international medical care. The collaboration reflects a growing trend of integrating healthcare services with digital and telecom ecosystems to improve customer benefits.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from Robi, including representatives from its marketing and loyalty partnership divisions, along with executives from Cikitsa International.
Muntasir Mahmood said the initiative reflects a commitment to “care beyond boundaries,” highlighting the importance of making global healthcare more accessible through strategic partnerships.
Manik Lal Das noted that Robi continues to explore service innovations that extend beyond telecom, including healthcare support for its premium customers.
Industry observers say the collaboration marks a significant step toward expanding customer value-added services in Bangladesh, combining telecom reach with international healthcare facilitation.
