Minister suspends government doctor for illegal private practice during duty.
Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Md Sakhawat Hossain today ordered the suspension of a government doctor for illegally providing medical services at a private clinic during office hours.
The doctor, Dr Moinul Hasan Chishti, is serving as a junior consultant at Belabo Upazila Health Complex in Narsingdi.
The minister caught the doctor red-handed while he was attending patients during a sudden inspection at Popular Diagnostic Centre in the English Road area of Old Dhaka this afternoon. He immediately ordered the doctor's suspension.
