Asiatic 3sixty launches ‘Her aSHEatic Circle’ to support women employees’ creative and professional growth
Asiatic 3sixty recently marked an important achievement in its commitment to empowerment through the launch of ‘Her aSHEatic Circle,’ a platform dedicated solely to the women of Asiatic 3sixty. The event took place today (June 15, 2026) at the Batighar Art Space in the capital’s Banani, and brought together employees, leaders, and creative individuals for an evening of dialogue, performances, and community building.
The event was a colorful kick-off of what is to come from the platform. Attendees were encouraged to participate in interactive networking exercises that allowed them to build familiarity and connection with each other. Opening remarks from the leaders highlighted how the platform will serve as a learning ground for skill development and sharing knowledge. An audio-visual storytelling session also highlighted the journey and aspirations of the platform, while a series of performances by female employees celebrated the immense talent and creative diversity within the company.
The initiative is designed to contribute to year-round growth. Skill sharing, career development, creativity, exchange of ideas about lifestyle, and important discussions about work-life balance and lived experiences – all belong to the set of themes the program is built around. In addition to this, the initiative aims to prioritize employee well-being and policy awareness through planned interventions on legal rights, financial literacy, and mental health support, alongside conversations on workplace equity and challenges faced by women professionals.
Speaking of this initiative, Sriya Sharbojoya, Deputy Managing Director, Asiatic 3sixty stated, “What we are building here is more than just a networking platform. It’s a community where women feel empowered to share their stories and grow alongside their peers, whether she is a current or a former colleague.”
Moving forward, the platform will utilize a variety of digital and offline forums to make sure there’s sustained interaction and participation throughout the year. Inclusiveness is one of the most important aspects of the initiative, and the plan is to foster strong communication between current and former employees so that the sense of sisterhood remains intact.
Sara Zaker, Chairperson Asiatic 3sixty, opined, “True empowerment is rarely found in isolated achievements, but is instead nurtured through the collective memory and shared wisdom of a community. It is this belief that defines Her aSHEatic Circle – an affirmation of the intellectual and creative synergy that women bring to our culture.”
This event is the beginning of a year-long, extensive series of engagements, workshops, cultural gatherings, creative showcases, and leadership sessions, reaffirming Asiatic 3sixty’s commitment to a collaborative workplace where women are empowered to succeed together.
