China, Bangladesh discuss strengthening law enforcement cooperation

DHAKA, Oct 7: China and Bangladesh discussed ways to strengthen bilateral law enforcement cooperation during a meeting between Chinese Chargé d’Affaires Dr Liu Yuyin and Bangladesh Inspector General of Police Md Ali Hossain Fakir.

Liu met the IGP on October 6, according to the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka.

The two sides held an in-depth exchange of views on law enforcement cooperation between China and Bangladesh, the embassy said.

The meeting reflects the broader scope of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, with law enforcement and security cooperation forming part of their engagement.
