Boosting EV access amid rising fuel costs
Revoo Bangladesh has inaugurated a new showroom in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, aiming to meet the growing demand for electric vehicles (EVs) as fuel prices rise and refuelling challenges persist.
The showroom, named Labib Motors, was officially opened on April 19 through a ribbon-cutting ceremony and Dua Mahfil. The event was attended by Vane Ni, Executive Director and Nazmul Ahsan Sumon, Head of Sales at Revoo Bangladesh.
The expansion comes at a time when commuters are increasingly seeking cost-effective and sustainable alternatives to conventional fuel-powered transport. Electric motorcycles are gaining traction as a practical solution for daily travel in urban areas.
Speaking at the event, Vane Ni said the initiative aims to provide reliable mobility options supported by strong after-sales service. He noted that Mohammadpur is a strategic location, and the new showroom will help address transportation challenges for local residents.
The outlet offers a full-service experience, allowing customers to explore the latest electric bike models while also accessing maintenance and genuine spare parts.
To mark the launch, Revoo Bangladesh has introduced a pre-booking campaign offering up to BDT 3,500 cashback on selected models.
With this move, the company continues to expand its presence in Dhaka, promoting eco-friendly transportation and supporting the transition towards sustainable mobility solutions in Bangladesh.
