Drive aims to boost deposits, trust
The Premier Bank has organised a series of town hall meetings in Jessore and Rajshahi to strengthen its recovery initiatives under the “Deposit and Recovery Month – April 2026” campaign.
The initiatives is aimed at accelerating loan recovery efforts and reinforcing coordinated action among officials to enhance customer confidence and financial stability.
The Jessore meeting was held at the Rural Reconstruction Foundation premises, where Deputy Managing Director Niamat Uddin Ahmed attended as chief guest. Mohammed Shamim Morshed, SEVP and Head of Consumer Banking, joined as special guest. Senior officials from various branches and sub-branches in the region also participated.
In Rajshahi, the town hall took place at Nanking Darbar Hall, with Deputy Managing Director Amalendu Roy attended as chief guest. Asif Khan, SEVP and Head of SME and Agri Banking, attended as special guest alongside branch officials.
