Walton launches Digital Campaign Season-25 across Bangladesh, offering houseful gifts, cashback, foreign trips and guaranteed gifts to customers until December 31, 2026.
DHAKA, October 24, 2026: Walton has launched its Digital Campaign Season-25 across Bangladesh, offering customers the chance to win a range of free household appliances, foreign trips, cashback and guaranteed gifts through purchases of selected products.
The campaign, which began on October 17, will continue until December 31, 2026. Under the Walton Housefull Offer, customers purchasing refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners, washing machines or BLDC fans from Walton Plaza outlets or authorised distributor showrooms can participate by completing digital registration.
On the opening day, Satorupa Biswas, a homemaker from Khulna, became the campaign's first houseful-offer winner after purchasing a refrigerator from the Dakbangla Walton Plaza.
Her prize package included a refrigerator, air conditioner, smart television, washing machine, microwave oven, gas hob, rice cooker, blender, ceiling fan, rechargeable fan, lights, room heater, smartphone, soundbar and other household essentials.
The win created a festive atmosphere in her family and generated excitement in her local community, according to Walton.
The campaign was inaugurated at Walton's corporate office in Bashundhara, Dhaka, with the company's senior leadership joining the programme virtually. Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC Chairman SM Shamsul Alam, Vice-Chairman SM Ashraful Alam and Managing Director SM Mahbubul Alam addressed the event.
Speaking at the inauguration, Shamsul Alam stressed the importance of customer satisfaction, product quality and service excellence. He expressed hope that the campaign would further strengthen Walton's longstanding relationship with its customers.
Ashraful Alam called for extensive nationwide promotion to ensure the campaign reached consumers across the country. He also emphasised transparency at every stage of the promotional offer.
Mahbubul Alam said customer trust remained central to the company's business success, adding that satisfied customers could help build long-term brand loyalty and encourage others to choose Walton products.
“Customer trust is the core driving force behind Walton's business success,” he said, according to the company's statement.
He added that the company was offering houseful gifts and opportunities to win foreign trips in recognition of customers' trust. He also stressed the need for transparent gift distribution and accurate customer registration.
According to Walton, customers purchasing designated products from Walton Plaza or distributor showrooms nationwide will be registered digitally using their names, mobile phone numbers and product barcodes.
An automated system will then send an SMS informing customers about their gifts. The respective showroom authorities will distribute the gifts, the company said.
The campaign is also part of Walton's efforts to expand its digital customer database and improve after-sales services.
Through the database, customer information is stored on Walton's servers, allowing buyers to seek assistance from Walton service centres nationwide even if they lose their warranty cards, according to the company.
Walton regularly organises digital campaigns to encourage customers to register their purchases and use its digital customer-service facilities.
Other speakers at the inauguration included Walton Plaza Managing Director Md Rayhan, Additional Managing Director Iva Rezwana Nilu, Deputy Managing Director Mofizur Rahman Zakir and Head of Sales for the Walton Distributor Network Md Firoz Alam.
Senior Executive Director and film actor Amin Khan hosted the programme, which was also attended by Senior Executive Director Md Shahjalal Hossain Limon, Chief Marketing Officer Zoheb Ahmed and other senior officials.
Representatives from Walton Plaza outlets and its distributor network across Bangladesh joined the event through digital platforms.
The company said the campaign would combine promotional benefits with digital registration to strengthen customer engagement and improve service delivery.
