Ruhul Kabir Rizvi named BNP acting secretary general.
BNP Standing Committee Member and Political Adviser to the Prime Minister Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has been nominated as the acting Secretary General of the party, said a press release here today.
The release said that, in accordance with Article 7(kha)(6) of the BNP Constitution, BNP Standing Committee Member Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has been nominated as the Acting Secretary General of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
This nomination will take effect immediately, it added.
