DHAKA, July 18: The Pakistani pavilion emerged as one of the attractions at the B-Beauty Tech Expo 2026, drawing a steady stream of visitors eager to explore a wide range of beauty, cosmetics and wellness products showcased by leading Pakistani companies.

B-Beauty Tech Expo 2026 is going on at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the city which kicked off from July 16.

The three-day exhibition brought together local and international exhibitors, providing a platform for manufacturers, distributors and retailers to showcase their latest products and technologies.

The exhibition organised by WEM Bangladesh, stated that more than 300 brands and over 160 international organizations are participating in the expo across 55 local and foreign stalls. Among them, Pakistani companies have taken 10 stalls, Indian companies 2, UAE companies 4, Saudi Arabia 1, South Korea 13, and China 5. 

Cosmetics and beauty products are being displayed at the fair primarily under 8 main categories. These include—toiletries, fragrances, skin care, hair care, aesthetic salon, health and well-being, natural and organic products, and men's grooming products.

Pakistan High Commission infromed The Shutlle Times that Pakistan has a strong presence with 10 stalls showcasing leading manufacturers including Alpha Labs in packaging; Davis Pharmaceutical Laboratories in health supplements; and Evan & Mayer International alongside Kass Cosmetics, both specializing in dermatological and skincare treatments.

Renowned traditional and modern cosmetic brands like the Hashmi Group, New Face Cosmetics, Skincare Company and The Stillman Company (Pvt.) Ltd. are also exhibiting their personal care lineups.

Rounding out the Pakistani pavilion are S. Amden & Company, presenting flavors and fragrances, and United Trading Manufacturing (Pvt.) Ltd., displaying an array of hair and skincare products.

Beyond Pakistan, other regional and international players have also taken up significant pavilion space, including 4 companies from the UAE, 2 from India, and 1 from Saudi Arabia, alongside a massive East Asian presence of 13 South Korean and 5 Chinese companies.

Pakistan's participating companies displayed skincare, cosmetics, personal care and wellness products, attracting interest from business visitors, retailers and consumers alike.

During a physical visit to these pavilions, this reporter saw that these companies interacted with exhibitors and observed the enthusiastic response from visitors.

The visitors said the exhibition demonstrated the strong potential for expanding bilateral trade in the beauty and wellness sectors and underscored the importance of strengthening business-to-business cooperation between Bangladesh and Pakistan.

The exhibitors also shared suggestions for enhancing commercial collaboration, including increased market access, networking opportunities and stronger partnerships between businesses in the two countries.

Officials said the active participation of Pakistani companies in the expo reflects growing private-sector engagement and offers new opportunities to deepen bilateral trade and investment in the beauty and wellness industry.
