Aminur Rashid urges BNP unity inspired by Ziaur Rahman's ideals.

Agriculture and Fisheries and Livestock Minister Mohammed Aminur Rashid today called upon BNP leaders and activists at all levels to work in unity, inspired by the ideals and patriotism of Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman.

He said one of the key lessons of 'National Revolution and Solidarity Day' is the establishment of national unity.

Embracing this spirit, he said, all should work together under the leadership of Prime Minister Tarique Rahman aiming to make the nation stronger and more prosperous one.

The agriculture minister made the remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a discussion, organised by Cumilla South District and City units of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), marking the National Revolution and Solidarity Day.

Participants included BNP leaders, activists, and members of its affiliated and associate organisations from all 27 wards of the city, as well as from various upazilas across Cumilla. The presence of banners, festoons, and party slogans created a festive atmosphere during the procession.
