Banglalink’s digital infotainment platform announces BDT 49 Early Bird pass as fans gear up for Bangladesh’s campaign against regional rivals.

[Dhaka, Bangladesh, October 13, 2026] Toffee, the leading digital infotainment and OTT platform of Banglalink, has signed an agreement with sports marketing agency TSA Sports & entertainment to live stream the upcoming SAFF Championship. With Bangladesh set to host the marquee tournament on home turf, Toffee is gearing up to deliver high-definition digital streaming across smart devices and connected TVs, enabling fans nationwide to rally behind the Bangladesh national football team.

The agreement was signed at Banglalink’s headquarters, Tiger’s Den, in Dhaka. From Banglalink, Taimur Rahman, Chief Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Officer, Modasser Ahmed, Deputy Director of Toffee, and from TSA Sports & entertainment, Sajib Rashid, Chief Executive Officer, were present at the signing ceremony. The ceremony was also attended by Syed Asif Hussain, Head of Competitions at the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF) and Fahad Mohammed Ahmed Karim, Vice-President of the Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF).

“Bringing the SAFF Championship to Toffee, the country’s largest OTT platform powered by Banglalink, reflects our ambition to deliver world-class digital infotainment. As Bangladesh hosts this major football spectacle, we are proud to stand behind our national team and provide a platform for the entire nation to unite in support,” said Taimur Rahman.

The attending delegation and guests commended Toffee’s sustained commitment to elevating both local and international sports in Bangladesh, noting the platform’s role in strengthening the country’s digital sports ecosystem.

Fahad Mohammed Ahmed Karim, Vice-President of the BFF, said, “Toffee has a solid track record of delivering high-impact sporting competitions to Bangladeshi audiences. Having them as a digital broadcast partner guarantees that fans across the country can actively engage with regional football and celebrate the sport together.”

Following its success during the FIFA World Cup, when the platform recorded its highest-ever traffic, Toffee has established itself as a digital home for football. In addition to broadcasting the Bangladesh Domestic League since last year and continuing into the current season, Toffee also streams the English Premier League and other major tournaments and leagues throughout the year. Having already showcased Bangladesh’s participation in major tournaments such as the ASEAN Cup, this latest agreement will allow millions of fans to watch the national team compete against regional rivals, including India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Bhutan.

To maximize access for fans, Toffee has introduced a dedicated tournament pass priced at BDT 99. Sports enthusiasts can also take advantage of a special Early Bird Pass for BDT 49, valid until the day before kickoff.

Speaking on the occasion, Sajib Rashid, Chief Executive Officer of TSA Sports & entertainment, said, “Toffee’s technical infrastructure and established track record with domestic football make it the ideal digital home for the SAFF Championship. We are delighted to formally sign this agreement, ensuring the tournament achieves unprecedented viewership across Bangladesh.”
