Bangladesh, Azerbaijan sign visa exemption agreement for officials
Bangladesh and Azerbaijan have signed an agreement exempting visa requirements for diplomatic, official and service passport holders further facilitating official travel between the two countries.
Foreign Minister Dr Khalilur Rahman and his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov signed the agreement on behalf of their respective governments on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, said a foreign ministry’s press release here.
The agreement will allow holders of diplomatic, official and service passports of the two countries to travel under the agreed visa-exemption arrangement.
