No anarchy or terrorism will be tolerated: Faqir Mahbub Anam

Technology Minister Faqir Mahbub Anam, MP, today said that no kind of anarchy
and terrorist activities will be tolerated in the country.
"Seven months have passed since the BNP government came to power, and we are
working for people's welfare. Meanwhile, conspiracies have started . . . No
anarchy or terrorist activities will be tolerated," he said.
Faqir Mahbub Anam, also Science and Technology Minister, made the remarks at
a rally after a Madhupur Upazila BNP procession protesting the alleged
anarchy and terrorist activities of the Awami League, whose activities have
been banned nationwide, this afternoon.
Condemning the alleged anarchy and terrorist activities of the Awami League,
the minister called for building an organisational resistance against them.
Earlier, a procession led by the minister, started from the Upazila BNP
office and paraded the main roads of the town.
Upazila BNP President Md. Zakir Hossain Sarker, General Secretary Md. Nasir
Uddin, Poura BNP President Khurram Khan Yusufji Prince, General Secretary Md.
Motalib Hossain, Upazila BNP Senior Vice-President M Ratan Haider, Poura BNP
Vice-President Lily Sarker, Rezaul Karim Siddiq, former Senior Vice-President
of Upazila BNP Md. Joynal Abedin Bablu, former General Secretary Md. Abdul
Latif Panna, among others, spoke at the brief rally following the procession.
Leaders and activists of Upazila and Poura Jubo Dal as well as various
affiliated and associate organisations of BNP were present at the procession.
