Guardian Life Insurance Employees Experience JAAGO Foundation’s Digital School Model Through Immersive School Visit

[Dhaka, 16 August 2026] JAAGO Foundation recently welcomed a team from Guardian Life Insurance Limited to its Banani School for an immersive employee engagement experience, offering participants an opportunity to witness firsthand how quality education is transforming the lives of underprivileged children across Bangladesh.

The visit was designed to provide Guardian Life employees with a comprehensive understanding of JAAGO Foundation’s mission, innovative education model, and the role that collaboration plays in creating lasting social impact. Throughout the day, participants engaged directly with students, observed classroom activities, and experienced the Foundation’s approach to delivering quality education in an inclusive and child-friendly learning environment
.
The programme began with a student-led welcome, reflecting the confidence and leadership nurtured within JAAGO schools. Participants then attended an orientation session introducing JAAGO Foundation’s journey, educational philosophy, child safeguarding practices, and the objectives of the visit. This was followed by guided classroom observations and interactive sessions with students, allowing the visitors to experience everyday learning within the school. 

A key highlight of the visit was the Digital Classroom Experience, where participants observed JAAGO’s innovative digital learning model through a live connection with students and teachers from remote branches. The session demonstrated how technology is enabling quality education to reach children in geographically challenging areas, ensuring that distance is no longer a barrier to learning. 

The experience concluded with a reflection session, where participants shared their observations, discussed the importance of accessible education, and explored the various ways individuals and organisations can contribute towards building a brighter future for children. The visit also introduced participants to JAAGO Foundation’s Sponsor a Child Programme and its broader efforts to expand educational opportunities for underprivileged children across the country.
